This includes the construction of a new breakwater and concrete blocks, as well as improvements to the dock to ensure safety and comfort in the face of storms and climate change. <\/p><p>The investment includes the expansion and improvement of the facilities, including the expansion of the number of moorings in the dock and the construction of a new dock that will house the base for the boats participating in the Maxi Yacht Cup 2024 regatta under the umbrella of the 37th America&#8217;s Cup Louis Vuitton, as well as 34 new parking spaces located in front of the new pontoon. Supporting the regeneration of the biodiversity of its marina and the creation of a green dock will be some of the main points of the agenda. Collaborations with social entities will be key to the development of an inclusive and diverse economy.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element
