The first China Food Festival filled Port Forum with flavors, shows and culture. On the weekend of October 11 and 12, thousands of people enjoyed a unique experience that combined the best of Chinese gastronomy, traditional culture and a festive atmosphere for all ages.
Those who approached the Port Forum could visit more than 20 Chinese food booths, with typical dishes from different regions of the country: from freshly made dumplings to hand-pulled noodles, traditional sweets and artisanal tea. In addition, there were another 10 booths dedicated to Chinese culture and handicrafts, where visitors could discover everything from calligraphy to wellness practices.
The atmosphere could not have been better: we were able to enjoy different shows such as the lion dance or the parade of fish-shaped lanterns, traditional and contemporary music and culinary demonstrations, all in the open air and in a privileged space by the sea.
