Port Fòrum commemorates its 20th anniversary reaffirming its commitment to become a port of reference in the Mediterranean. Its vision is to be an authentic urban slow space, where residents of the metropolitan area of Barcelona can enjoy nautical experiences, leisure and services, with a proposal based on innovation and sustainability.

Two decades after its inauguration, coinciding with the Universal Forum of Cultures in Barcelona in 2004, and with the recent extension of its management contract until 2051, Port Fòrum is embarking on an ambitious relaunch project. This plan involves not only improvements to its infrastructures, but also a change of approach towards a more responsible model. This model integrates well-being, innovation and a strong commitment to the community and the environment, promoting diversity, circularity and respect for the environment.

The illustrator Santi Sallés has captured this project in a commemorative poster that reflects the port’s current and future initiatives.
